Red Wines

A long growing season, ancient alluvial soils and those hot days/cold nights of the vineyard produce red wines of classic elegance. Each has a thread of something “Buttonwoodish” running through them – a sense of “somewhereness”. All are barrel aged, with time in the barrel room depending upon the varietal or blend; up to 36 months as with our flagship Bordeaux blend called Trevin. Each wine is then bottle aged in the winery prior to release to ensure that they are enjoyable upon release, as well as being ageworthy.
